The following policy applies to the course, coaching, services, and products created and provided by The Modern Dog Trainer (hereinafter “The Program”). The Modern Dog Trainer is owned and operated by Ines McNeil Enterprises LLC (previously All Positive Dog Training LLC). The Modern Dog Trainer DOES NOT provide veterinary or dog training advice or services. The Modern Dog Trainer offers business coaching and strategy for business-owners and prospective business-owners. You should consult with a licensed professional for any veterinary questions.
Policies
Payment Plans – More than one (1) failed payment will incur a $15.00 processing fee. Please use a card or account that has sufficient funds. If payments fail permanently and are not received within fourteen (14) business days, you will not be able to retain access to The Program.
The Program may make referrals to third-party mobile applications, to include Pocketsuite, which may, from time to time, request payment from you. This Program is not responsible for any lost or missing payments to or from third-parties. Any payment questions involving third-party applications or services shall be addressed directly with such applications or service providers.

Although we are confident that the content in this Program will transform your business, we cannot make any promises to you, and we will not deliver any guaranteed outcomes as a result of following the recommendations set forth in The Program. The outcome and results you experience depend on your level of commitment to implementing the strategies given. This Program is developed strictly for educational and informational purposes. You accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for your progress and results from the Program. We are here for you to aide you and push you toward your goals, but ultimately, you must show up and do the work in order to get your desired results.
Modification
Ines McNeil Enterprises LLC may modify the terms of this agreement at any time. All modifications shall be posted on www.themoderndogtrainer.com and you will be notified.
Limited Liability
This program is developed strictly for educational and informational purposes. You accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for your progress and results from the Program. We are here to aide you and push you toward your goals, but ultimately, you must show up and do the work in order to get your desired results. The Modern Dog Trainer (owned and operated by Ines McNeil Enterprises LLC) liability to you is limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall company be liable for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, special, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, regardless of the foreseeability of those damages) arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any other materials or services provided to you by The Modern Dog Trainer. This limitation shall apply regardless of whether the damages arise out of breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory or form of action. The Program does not offer and is not intended provide legal, veterinary, canine training, or tax advice.
Furthermore, Ines McNeil, or anyone acting on behalf of The Modern Dog Trainer, in their sole discretion reserves the right to remove or ban anyone from our program support groups at any time if they do not adhere to the group rules as specified within the group. The Modern Dog Trainer is not required to issue refunds to those who are terminated from the Program for failure to adhere to the group rules.
All information and media provided in the course of The Program is for your sole use. You must not copy, transmit, record, share, or otherwise distribute any information or media without the advance written consent of The Modern Dog Trainer. The Modern Dog Trainer reserves all rights under law for any unauthorized use or distribution of the information and media provided in The Program.
The Program, may, from time to time, make referrals to third-party applications and services. Such referral sources may require User to accept Terms of Services for use of such services and/or applications. The Program makes no representation regarding said Terms of Service.
Controlling Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement must be brought and decided in the courts of Lockport, New York, United States of America. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Niagara County, State of New York, United States of America.
Cancellations/No Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without advance notice of at least twelve (12) hours (i.e., a “no-show”) will result in the forfeiture of that time and lesson. Rescheduling of free strategy sessions will not be permitted, except in extreme circumstances.
We reserve the right to evaluate your request and to make a decision accordingly.
Refund Policy Overview
Please enroll in programs, courses, products, and services with intention. Do so from a place of purpose, belief, commitment, and decision.
Client is not entitled to a refund or chargeback, regardless of results. Your satisfaction with any of our Programs, Products, or Services is important to us, but because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, we have a no refund policy.
